Y’ALL COME SEE US!!!  2010

Pine Cove was my first Christ-life Camp Meeting. Maybe it was your first one, too. Maybe your kids went with you; mine did. It's been 20 years and those memories still touch my heart. My children grew up there and so did I. There was astounding teaching as well as wonderful fellowship with eternal friends. I hope you can remember those days. For a decade or so, Pine Cove was our touchstone, our benchmark. It was a time to renew, refresh and recalibrate our lives in order to make Christ's expression flow more accurately through us. Gradually, we went to other sites thereby losing our reservation osition at Pine Cove. Those other sites were fine, but none resonate in my soul like Pine Cove. I hope you agree.

There is a rare opportunity to be in Pine Cove this fall. This opportunity will depend on all of us making some quick commitments. Pine Cove management has offered Warren and Robbie the Azalea Lodge in the Woods and the Dogwoods at Pine Cove in Tyler, Texas. See http://www.pinecove.com/summer-camp/woods/. It is the same place with the lake and the upstairs dining and downstairs meeting room with the fireplaces.

If you are reading this announcement, assume our Father crossed your path with it. You can also assume that there is a "divine" conspiracy to put us all back together again. Give in to it. Life is short. You can spend 51 weekends a year doing something else; however you and I know that this is a special time and place for us.
