This is a great venue, 3 kms. outside Summerstrand along the Marine Drive with access to the beach and rocks. Transport is provided: airport/bus. Chalets are serviced and fully equipped for self-catering OR meals are available in the dining room or restaurant next door.
N.B. Units with a Bath have a full kitchen. Units with a shower have a mini-kitchen.
Times: Registration: 3.00 p.m Thurs. and closing midday on Sun.

Full tariff includes accommodation of 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), conference and teas (meals excluded).
DEPOSIT: R500.00 PER PERSON (refundable up to 1 October; all final balances must be settled by 1 October)
FEES:
Single room: R3075.00
Double room: R1830.00 per person.
3 people sharing: R1410.00 per person.
4 people sharing: R1125.00 per person.
DAY VISITORS: Conference & teas (Wed.–Sun.) R350.00 per person OR: Per teaching session including tea: R50.00 per person.
MEALS:
Meals are available at 2 venues, need to be pre-booked and require an extra charge per meal as follows:
ROBIN (Dining) ROOM (must be pre-booked with Denise):
Breakfast: R65 each
Dinner: R93 each
ISLAND (a la carte): (No Breakfasts)
Burgers, steaks, salads, fish. No bookings in advance.

Please do not request a full kitchen if you are having most of the meals in the dining room!!!
